Dharavandhoo Airport is a domestic airport on Dharavandhoo island in Baa Atoll, Maldives. Opened in October 2012, it has become one of the busiest domestic airports in the country outside Male and a key gateway to Baa Atoll's resorts and guesthouses.
The airport lies approximately 120 km northwest of Male and is served by regular flights operated by Maldivian and Manta Air, with a flight time of about 35 minutes to the capital. A single compact terminal handles all arrivals and departures, and the adjacent speedboat jetty links passengers to resorts across the atoll in roughly 15 to 45 minutes.
Baa Atoll is the Maldives' only UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, and the airport provides easier access to Hanifaru Bay, a globally significant manta ray feeding site, along with many luxury resorts. Travelers can continue by speedboat to island properties or by local ferry to inhabited islands.
