Continnent operates from Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates, PO Box 51500. Privacy questions can be sent to info@continnent.
com. This policy covers the Continnent website, accounts, booking flow, support and related business services.
2. Data we receive
We may process account and contact details, traveler information, pickup and destination data, dates, flight or itinerary notes, booking history, support messages, device and log data, and payment references.
Payment card processing is handled through the payment services used in checkout; Continnent does not need to publish or display full card details.
3. Where the data comes from
Most information comes from you, an account administrator or a person booking for a traveler.
We may also receive operational updates from local transport providers, payment status from Stripe, security signals from Cloudflare Turnstile and analytics data after consent.
4. Why we use personal data
We use data to create and manage accounts, search and confirm services, coordinate bookings with local providers, process payments, communicate changes, respond to support requests, protect the platform and meet legal or accounting duties.
Where applicable, processing may rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.
6. International processing
Global bookings can require data to be processed outside the traveler’s country.
Where transfer safeguards are required, Continnent and its suppliers must use the safeguards available under the applicable law.
7. Retention and security
We keep data for as long as it is needed for booking, support, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute purposes. Retention depends on the record and applicable duty.
Technical and organizational measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss or misuse, although no online system can promise absolute security.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You can withdraw consent for optional analytics through Cookie Settings.
