Terms of Service

Continnent provides booking, payment and coordination tools for ground transportation and car rental. Chauffeur and group transport is fulfilled by independent local providers.

Rental vehicles may be supplied under additional supplier conditions shown with the booking.

You must have legal capacity to use the platform and must provide accurate information. Keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

If you book for someone else, you must be authorized to provide their details and must share the applicable booking information with them.

Submitting a search or request does not by itself confirm a service. A booking becomes confirmed when the platform issues confirmation for the selected option.

Availability, vehicle class, route and special requests remain subject to the details stated in that confirmation.

The price and currency shown before confirmation apply to the selected booking unless the itinerary or requested service changes. Payment is processed through the available checkout method.

Taxes, fees or refundable amounts are governed by the information shown for the booking and any mandatory law.

Change and cancellation rights depend on the confirmed service and its stated deadline. A request is not complete until it is accepted and reflected in the booking record.

Refund timing can also depend on the payment provider and the original payment method.

Travelers must provide accurate pickup, contact, flight, passenger and luggage information, arrive at the agreed location on time and behave lawfully.

Special luggage, child seating, accessibility needs and other requests must be raised before confirmation so availability can be checked.

Travel time can be affected by traffic, weather, closures, security controls and other conditions outside reasonable control. Vehicle images describe a class unless the confirmation expressly identifies a model.

A similar vehicle may be used where the confirmed service permits it.

Do not misuse the platform, interfere with security, submit fraudulent information or use site content without permission.

Continnent may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, systems or legal obligations.

Responsibility is allocated according to the platform role, the confirmed provider service and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The terms are governed by applicable UAE federal law and the courts of Sharjah, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Updated terms apply from the date shown on this page unless the law requires another form of notice.
