Bursa Food Point 2026

Bursa Food Point 2026 is the annual international fair for food, food technologies and the HORECA sector, organized by KFA Fuarcılık and Network Fuarcılık under the leadership of the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO). The 2026 edition takes place at Bursa Fuar Merkezi on 11–13 November 2026, bringing producers, processors, distributors and hospitality professionals together on one trade platform.

The exhibition is structured around two main thematic areas. The food section covers frozen, processed, dried and packaged foods, beverages, bakery products, delicatessen, snacks, meat and dairy products, fruits and vegetables, and confectionery. The technology and service equipment section focuses on food production and packaging technologies, cold chain and logistics systems, and equipment for mass consumption, hotels, restaurants, cafes and catering operations. The event is held across more than 10,000 square metres of exhibition space.

Bursa Food Point is designed primarily as a B2B event. Retail chains, wholesalers, importers, exporters, distributors and HORECA buyers attend to meet manufacturers and suppliers, evaluate products, compare production technologies and negotiate supply agreements. The program supports business meetings and buyer delegation missions, helping companies establish direct trade connections and expand their sales networks.

The HORECA dimension extends the fair beyond retail food buying. Exhibitors present kitchen and service equipment, food service solutions and mass consumption products, making the event relevant for hotel, restaurant, cafe and catering operators as well as food industry buyers.

Bursa's role as a major food and agricultural production region gives the fair practical relevance. The event highlights current industry trends, sustainable production and supply solutions, and investment and trade opportunities, while supporting domestic manufacturers seeking to enter new export markets and strengthen brand awareness.

International participation is a central part of the fair. Organizers and participating chambers promote buyer missions and delegations from countries across Europe and Asia, and the event serves as a regional gateway for producers aiming to reach professional buyers in Turkey and abroad.
