Selçuk Efes Airport (IZM)

Selçuk Efes Airport is a public general aviation airfield in Selçuk, İzmir Province, on Turkey's Aegean coast. Opened in 1993 and operated by the Turkish Aeronautical Association (THK), the airport mainly supports private flights, flight training, microlight operations and parachuting rather than scheduled airline services.

The airfield lies about 3 km west of Selçuk town centre and roughly 83 km south of İzmir, close to the ancient city of Ephesus and within easy reach of Kuşadası, Şirince and the surrounding coastline. This location makes it a practical arrival point for private and sport aviation visitors exploring the region's archaeological and coastal destinations.

Facilities are geared to general aviation: a single concrete runway serves private and training aircraft, with fuel availability and operational support on site. The THK flight academy and parachute school are based here, and the airfield also hosts sport aviation events.

Onward travel is by road, with taxi, private transfer, rental car and group transport options connecting the airfield to Selçuk, Ephesus, Kuşadası and İzmir. For scheduled commercial flights, travelers generally use İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB), located about 60 km from Selçuk.
