Jeju International Airport is the main airport serving Jeju Island, South Korea's largest island and a major domestic and international travel destination. Located in Jeju City on the island's northern coast, it offers direct flights to cities across South Korea and international routes, particularly within East Asia.
The airport was upgraded to an international airport in 1968 and has since been expanded to handle growing passenger traffic, including the completion of major terminal expansion work in 2012.
