Uşak Airport (USQ)

Uşak Airport is the main air gateway serving the city of Uşak and the surrounding province in Turkey's inner Aegean region. Opened in 1998 and operated by the General Directorate of State Airports (DHMİ), the airport has civil and military status and supports scheduled, charter, private, training and air-ambulance flights.

Located about 7 km east of central Uşak, the airport uses a single passenger terminal for domestic and international flights. The runway is aligned 09/27 and is approximately 2,560 metres long, while the terminal covers around 1,460 square metres and was built with an annual capacity of about 500,000 passengers.

Uşak Airport has focused mainly on domestic services, with a limited number of international charter flights. Passenger operations have been suspended at times over the years, and runway modernisation work to support the return of scheduled flights has been planned.

Road access to Uşak is straightforward, with taxis, private transfers and rental cars providing onward connections to the city centre and nearby districts. The airport also holds Green Airport and Barrier-Free Airport recognition for its environmental and accessibility standards.
