About Antalya Airport
Antalya Airport is the main international airport serving Antalya and the surrounding Mediterranean region of Türkiye. It is a key gateway for leisure travellers heading to the Turkish Riviera, linking the city with a broad network of domestic and international destinations.
The airport first opened in 1960 and became an international facility in 1985. Today it operates two international terminals and one domestic terminal: International Terminal 1 opened in 1998, International Terminal 2 opened in 2005 and the Domestic Terminal opened in 2010. The complex is operated by Fraport TAV Antalya.
Located about 13 km northeast of the city centre, the airport is connected by the AntRay tram, public buses, taxis, private transfers and road links, making it relatively easy to reach central Antalya and onward coastal destinations.
With modern passenger facilities, shopping, dining, lounges and onward travel options, the airport functions as a major gateway for visitors arriving in southern Türkiye.
