About Zhongshan Ferry Port
Zhongshan Ferry Port is a passenger ferry terminal serving Zhongshan and the western Pearl River Delta. It provides high-speed ferry connections to Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Macau, making it an important regional gateway for both leisure and business travellers.
The current passenger terminal in Cuiheng New District opened in November 2024, replacing the older city-centre port. The four-storey terminal building includes separate arrivals and departures halls, passenger corridors, and dedicated immigration and customs facilities for smooth passenger flow.
Located on Ma'an Island in Cuiheng New District, the port is roughly 25–30 km from central Zhongshan. It is reached by road and local bus services, with private transfers, taxis and rental cars providing onward connections to the city and the wider Greater Bay Area.
With dining, shopping, duty-free retail, waiting areas and parking, the terminal is designed to link ferry arrivals and departures conveniently with ground transport.
