About Yulin Yuyang Airport
Yulin Yuyang Airport is the main airport serving Yulin and the surrounding northern Shaanxi region. It opened in 2008 as a replacement for Yulin Xisha Airport and has grown into the second-largest aviation hub in Shaanxi Province, connecting the area to major Chinese cities and a growing number of international destinations.
Located about 15.5 km northwest of central Yulin in Yuyang District, the airport primarily handles domestic flights to cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Chengdu and Guangzhou. Its passenger terminal complex includes T1 and the newer T2 terminal, which opened in September 2020 and now handles the airport's flight operations.
The airport is connected to Yulin by airport shuttle bus lines, taxis, private transfers and road links, making it relatively easy to continue to the city centre and surrounding towns such as Shenmu.
With passenger facilities, transfer services, parking and onward travel options, the airport serves as an important gateway for business and leisure travelers visiting Yulin and the wider region.

Yulin Yuyang Airport has two passenger terminals, T1 and T2. Since September 2020, all scheduled passenger flights have operated from the newer T2 terminal, which covers about 44,000 square metres and has eight boarding bridges.
