Taiyuan Wusu International Airport is the main international airport serving Taiyuan, the capital of Shanxi province in northern China. Originally built in 1939 and expanded several times since, it now handles domestic and international flights and serves as a key gateway to central Shanxi.
Located about 15 kilometres southeast of central Taiyuan, the airport operates two passenger terminals connected by a walkway.
