Ngaoundéré Airport is a secondary airport serving the city of Ngaoundéré, the capital of Cameroon's Adamawa region. Built in the 1950s, it functions as the main air gateway to the Adamawa plateau and the starting point for tourist routes toward northern Cameroon.
Located at Yolde Mbidjoro on the road toward Garoua, the airport lies about 3.7 km from the city centre. It has an annual capacity of around 200,000 passengers and a single asphalt runway of approximately 2,700 m, with a passenger terminal that handles both arrivals and departures.
