Murtala Muhammed International Airport is the main international airport serving Lagos, Nigeria's largest city and commercial centre. Located in the Ikeja district, it functions as the country's busiest gateway for domestic, regional and intercontinental flights and as a key hub for West African air travel.
Passenger operations are split between the international terminal complex, where the newer Terminal 2 opened in 2022 to complement the older Terminal 1, and the separate domestic facilities including the privately operated MMA2 terminal, which opened in 2007.
