About Boryspil International Airport
Boryspil International Airport is Ukraine's largest and main international gateway, serving the capital Kyiv and the surrounding Kyiv Oblast. Opened in 1959 and later modernized, it handles much of the country's international air traffic as well as domestic connections.
Located about 29 km east of central Kyiv near the city of Boryspil, the airport operates passenger services mainly through Terminal D, opened in 2012, with Terminal F providing additional capacity after reopening in 2019.
