Wakaya Island Airport is a small private airfield serving Wakaya Island, a privately owned island in Fiji's Lomaiviti Archipelago. It functions as the air gateway for the exclusive Wakaya Club & Spa, and access is generally reserved for resort guests, residents and pre-authorized private aviation.
The airstrip was developed as part of the island's private resort infrastructure, which also includes roads, a marina and a jetty. The airport has a single airstrip suitable for light turboprop aircraft such as the resort's Cessna Grand Caravan, and there is no conventional passenger terminal; guests are met directly on the tarmac.
Located east of Viti Levu, Fiji's main island, and about 18 km from Ovalau, the airport is reached mainly by private resort aircraft from Nadi International Airport, a flight of roughly 35–40 minutes. Travelers can also arrive via light aircraft from Suva and other parts of Fiji.
