About Seville Airport
Seville Airport is the main international airport serving Seville and the surrounding Andalusia region. First used for commercial flights in 1919, it has grown into a key gateway for both domestic connections across Spain and international routes, particularly within Europe and North Africa.
Located about 10 km northeast of central Seville, the airport has a single passenger terminal that keeps navigation simple for arrivals and departures. The current terminal was designed by architect Rafael Moneo and inaugurated in 1991 for Expo '92, with Andalusian-inspired architectural details and abundant natural light.
The airport is connected to the city by the EA airport bus line, taxis, private transfers, car rental and road links including the A4 motorway, making onward travel to the city centre and nearby destinations straightforward.
With compact walking distances, shops, dining, free Wi-Fi and accessibility services, Seville Airport serves leisure and business travelers arriving in or departing from Spain's Andalusian capital.
