Salinópolis Airport is a small regional airport serving Salinópolis, a popular beach destination on the Atlantic coast of northeastern Pará, Brazil. It is the main air gateway for travelers heading to the town's beaches, resorts and coastal leisure areas. The airport reopened in July 2021 after about ten years out of operation, with a rebuilt passenger terminal and a 1.9 km runway that can receive aircraft of up to 60 passengers. Since 2022, Azul has operated scheduled regional flights between Salinópolis and Belém, linking the resort town with the state capital. Located on the PA-124 highway, about 9 km from downtown Salinópolis, the airport is reached mainly by taxi, private transfer or rental car, with a short drive to the beach areas. Its compact terminal includes a waiting room, restrooms, a cafeteria and an information desk, making it a practical entry point for visitors arriving on Brazil's northern coast.
