Relais de la Reine Airport is a small airfield serving Isalo National Park and the surrounding Ranohira area in southern Madagascar. It provides an air link for travelers visiting the park's sandstone landscapes, canyons and natural pools, as well as for guests staying at nearby lodges.
The airfield opened in 1996 and was originally developed as a private airstrip for guests of the Relais de la Reine and Jardin du Roy hotels. It now also handles domestic scheduled and charter flights, while keeping a compact, single-runway operation suited to light aircraft and small passenger services.
Located close to the RN7 highway and roughly 240 km by road from Toliara, the airport is best reached by pre-arranged hotel transfers, private vehicles or chauffeur services. Ranohira, the main gateway town for Isalo, lies about 13 km away.
