Otog Banner Wulan Airport is a small general aviation airport serving Wulan town and the Otog Banner area in Ordos, southwestern Inner Mongolia. It opened for operations on April 18, 2023, after construction began in June 2021.
The airport was built to A1 general airport standards with a 1,200-metre runway, a terminal building and supporting infrastructure. It supports short-distance passenger routes as well as flight training, tourism, surveying, agricultural spraying, forest protection and emergency rescue services.
Located close to Wulan town, the airport helps connect scattered communities in southwestern Inner Mongolia, with short-distance services linking to Ordos Ejin Horo Banner International Airport and Hohhot. Road access to Wulan town centre typically takes around 20–30 minutes by car.
