Menorca Airport (MAH) is the main international airport serving Menorca and its capital, Mahón. Opened at its current location in 1969, it replaced the former San Luis aerodrome and has since supported the island's tourism growth by handling domestic Spanish flights and seasonal international connections to the UK, Germany, Italy and other European markets.
The airport is located about 4.5 km southwest of central Mahón and operates from a single passenger terminal arranged over three levels. Arrivals and baggage claim are on the ground level, check-in desks are on the first level, and security, passport control and the departure gates are on the upper level.
Travelers can reach Mahón and other parts of the island by bus, taxi, private transfer, chauffeur service or rental car.
