About Liuzhou Bailian Airport
Liuzhou Bailian Airport is a dual-use military and civil airport serving Liuzhou and the surrounding Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Opened in 1994, it is located in Liujiang District and functions as an important regional gateway for domestic air travel in southern China.
The airport currently operates passenger services through Terminal 2, which opened in 2016, while the older Terminal 1 is temporarily out of service. The modern terminal handles domestic routes as well as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan services, with check-in, security and arrival areas arranged across two floors.
Located about 13 km south of central Liuzhou, the airport is connected to the city by airport shuttle buses, local bus services, taxis and road links, making onward travel to downtown Liuzhou and nearby districts straightforward.
