Konotori Tajima Airport is a small regional airport serving Toyooka and the wider Tajima area of northern Hyogo Prefecture. Opened in 1994, it provides scheduled domestic connections between Tajima and Osaka Itami Airport, linking the region with the Kansai area and onward national flights.
Located about 4 km southwest of central Toyooka, the airport serves both local residents and travellers heading to destinations such as Kinosaki Onsen and the northern Hyogo coast. Its single passenger terminal handles check-in, security, arrivals and a compact range of passenger services.
