Golog Maqin Airport is a domestic regional airport serving Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in southeastern Qinghai Province, China. Opened in 2016, it is one of the civil airports serving Qinghai and provides an important air link for a remote, high-altitude region with limited ground transport options.
Located in Dawu Town, Maqin County, the airport sits at an elevation of about 3,787 metres and is classed as a 4C high-plateau airport. Its facilities include a single terminal building of around 3,000 square metres and a 3,800-metre runway capable of handling high-altitude aircraft types such as the Airbus A319.
The airport lies roughly 7.5 kilometres southeast of the Maqin county seat, with travel by taxi normally taking about 20 minutes. Scheduled flights connect Golog primarily with Xining and other domestic destinations, making the airport a practical entry point for the prefecture.
