Bahía Piña Airport (BFQ)

Bahía Piña Airport is a small airstrip serving Puerto Piña, a coastal village in the Darién Province of Panama. Located on the Pacific side of the country, it provides one of the few air connections to this remote eastern region and is closely associated with the area's sport-fishing lodges.

The airport has a single asphalt runway that starts near the shore and runs inland into the forest. It handles mainly charter flights and private aircraft rather than large scheduled commercial services, with a simple passenger handling area and limited facilities.

Because the surrounding area has very limited road access, most visitors reach Bahía Piña by charter flight from Panama City or by boat. Arriving passengers continue to Puerto Piña, Piñas Bay and nearby lodges by boat or pre-arranged lodge transport.
