Aappilattoq Heliport is a small public helistop serving the village of Aappilattoq in the Kujalleq municipality of southern Greenland. It provides domestic helicopter connections operated by Air Greenland under a government contract and links the settlement with Nanortalik and other communities in the Nanortalik area.
The heliport is located within the settlement at an elevation of about 30 ft (9 m) and has a compact gravel landing area of roughly 30 x 20 m. Because it has no passenger terminal, it is commonly described as a helistop rather than a full airport.
The village lies east of Nanortalik, about 50 km north of Cape Farewell near the fjords of Prince Christian Sound. In this remote part of southern Greenland, the heliport is the settlement's main air link, with helicopter and boat being the principal ways to travel.
From Aappilattoq, Air Greenland helicopter services allow onward travel via Nanortalik, Qaqortoq, and Narsaq toward Narsarsuaq, where fixed-wing flights continue to other parts of Greenland.
