AGRITECHNICA 2027 is the world's leading trade fair for agricultural machinery and equipment. Held under the guiding theme 'Connecting Agricultural Intelligence', the event focuses on how the intelligent interconnection of people, machines, data and systems is shaping modern agriculture. It serves as the central business platform where the international agricultural machinery industry meets to share ideas, build partnerships and drive progress in crop production.
The event takes place from 14 to 20 November 2027 at the Hanover Exhibition Centre in Lower Saxony, Germany, and is open daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The week is structured around different visitor days: Sunday 14 and Monday 15 November are Agribusiness Days, with a deliberately lower maximum number of visitors to support in-depth consultations and a focused business atmosphere. Friday 19 November is Young Professionals Day, aimed at young talent entering the agricultural sector.
The international technical programme includes more than 300 events. Spotlights, Expert Stages and networking sessions offer practical insights, international expertise and opportunities for discussion on current topics. The programme demonstrates how robotics, automation, sensors, artificial intelligence and connected systems can be applied to efficient and sustainable crop production.
Specialist areas give the fair its structure. The Digital Farm Center showcases digital solutions such as robotics, sensor technology, AI and connected systems for crop production. Global Farming Systems presents international case studies that show which technologies and cultivation strategies succeed under different regional conditions.
SYSTEMS & COMPONENTS forms the B2B marketplace for the supplier industry within AGRITECHNICA, covering drive technology, hydraulics, electronics, engines and connectivity. The Innovation Awards recognise pioneering developments in agricultural technology and provide guidance across the international market.
The event attracts farmers, contractors, dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, engineers and young professionals from around the world. The 2025 edition recorded 2,819 exhibitors from 49 countries and 477,054 visitors from 171 countries, underlining the fair's scale and international relevance as a meeting place for decision-makers in the agricultural machinery industry.
