Vichadero Airport (VCH) is a small public airstrip serving Vichadero, a town in the Rivera Department of northeastern Uruguay. It functions primarily as a regional airfield for private, charter and general aviation traffic rather than a large scheduled passenger hub.
The airfield lies in the countryside about 11 km northeast of Vichadero town centre. It has a single grass runway, approximately 981 metres long and 19 metres wide, and operates with basic ground infrastructure suited to light aircraft and local flights.
Because Vichadero is about 131 km from Rivera and roughly 100 km from Melo, the airport provides a convenient access point for light aircraft reaching the surrounding hills and rural communities.
