Tchibanga Airport is the main air gateway serving Tchibanga, the capital of Gabon's Nyanga Province in the south of the country. It primarily supports domestic air travel and has traditionally linked Tchibanga with Libreville, the national capital.
The airport is located about 5 km northwest of central Tchibanga. It was officially inaugurated in December 2006 to accommodate regular commercial air services, helping to strengthen access to this part of Gabon.
