About Sheboygan County Memorial International Airport
Sheboygan County Memorial International Airport is a county-owned, public-use general aviation airport serving Sheboygan and the surrounding Lake Michigan region of Wisconsin. Opened in October 1946, it has developed into an important hub for private, corporate and charter flying in east-central Wisconsin.
Located in the Town of Sheboygan Falls about three miles northwest of downtown Sheboygan, the airport features two paved runways, including a 6,800-foot primary runway able to accommodate a range of private and corporate aircraft. It supports area businesses such as Kohler, Bemis and Plenco, and a U.S. Customs facility opened in April 2021 allows international general aviation flights to arrive directly in Sheboygan County.
The on-site fixed-base operator, Lake Breeze Aviation, provides fueling, aircraft ground handling, hangar services, rental cars and passenger amenities. The airport is reached primarily by road, with short driving connections to Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, Kohler, Plymouth and Elkhart Lake.
