Pampa Guanaco Airport is a small rural airport in the Magallanes Region of southern Chile. It is located in the Timaukel commune of Chilean Tierra del Fuego, near Bahía Inútil, and is commonly associated with the settlement of Cameron.
The airport has a single asphalt runway, designated 08/26, with a length of about 800 metres. It sits at an elevation of approximately 157 metres and mainly supports domestic flights between Punta Arenas and this remote part of Tierra del Fuego.
Located in the Pampa Guanaco area, the airport lies roughly 90 kilometres south of Villa Cameron and close to Lago Blanco via Route Y-84. Scheduled flying is limited; Aerovías DAP has operated seasonal subsidized flights between Punta Arenas and Pampa Guanaco, typically on Fridays and Sundays during the summer months.
Because public transport is scarce, most passengers continue by pre-arranged private transfer or rental vehicle. The airport provides access to rural communities, estancias and natural areas such as Karukinka Park.
