Olavo Cecco Rigon Airport is a small municipal airport serving Concórdia and the western region of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Opened in 1956, it has long supported local air access for business, government and emergency operations in one of the state's main agricultural areas.
Located about 6 km north of downtown Concórdia, the airport has a single asphalt runway roughly 1,480 meters long and a compact passenger terminal renovated in 2013. Operations focus on general and executive aviation, aeroclubs and air medical services, including patient transfers; scheduled commercial flights have not operated from the airport since late 2016.
The airport is reached by road through the surrounding municipal and regional highways, with the city center only a short drive away. Private transfers, taxis and rental cars provide onward connections within Concórdia, while the commercial airport in nearby Chapecó serves as the main regional gateway for scheduled flights.
Although small, the airport remains an important part of regional infrastructure, and recent modernization work has targeted the runway, taxiways and navigation aids to keep it safe and operational.
