About North Las Vegas Airport
North Las Vegas Airport is a public-use general aviation airport serving North Las Vegas and the wider Las Vegas Valley. Located about three miles northwest of downtown Las Vegas, it operates as a reliever airport for Harry Reid International Airport and supports flight training, private aviation, business and corporate aircraft.
Owned by Clark County and operated through the Clark County Department of Aviation, the airport has received more than $40 million in improvements, including a 15,600-square-foot modern terminal. In 2019 it was designated an Air Elite Diamond Service location.
The airfield features three runways, a control tower and FBO services, and operates around the clock. Its position puts downtown Las Vegas about three miles away and the Las Vegas Strip a short drive to the south, making it a convenient alternative gateway for private flyers visiting the city.
Ground transportation options include private transfers, chauffeur services, rental cars and group shuttles, connecting the airport to downtown Las Vegas, hotels, event venues and attractions across the valley.
