Niš Constantine the Great Airport is the main international airport serving Niš and the southern part of Serbia. Opened as a civilian airport on 12 October 1986, it now handles scheduled and low-cost flights to destinations across Europe.
Located about 4 km from central Niš, the airport is a convenient gateway for visitors traveling to the city and nearby destinations such as Niška Banja, Sokobanja and the Kopaonik ski resort. A new compact passenger terminal opened in 2024, while the older terminal continues to be used for some arrivals.
The airport is connected to Niš by public bus lines 34A and 34B, taxis, private transfers and rental cars, making it easy to reach the city centre and surrounding areas.
