Naples International Airport is the main airport serving Naples and the Campania region. Located in the Capodichino district, about 6 km northeast of the historic city centre, it is the region’s primary gateway for domestic and international travellers.
The airport has a long aviation history, with operations on the Capodichino site dating back to the early 20th century. Today it provides scheduled and charter services through a main passenger terminal and a second terminal used mainly for charter flights.
