Nana Airport (NAZ) is a small airstrip serving Star Harbour and the eastern part of Makira-Ulawa Province in the Solomon Islands. It mainly supports domestic and charter flights connecting remote coastal communities with the provincial capital, Kirakira, and other islands.
The airport lies close to the Star Harbour coastline on Makira Island. Its single grass and soil runway is unlit, and facilities are minimal, so most operations take place during daylight and in fair weather.
Kirakira, the main town and administrative centre of Makira-Ulawa Province, is about 40 km away. Travel onward usually relies on pre-arranged road or boat transport, as scheduled public connections from the airstrip are very limited.
