Teniente Julio Gallardo Airport is the main air gateway to Puerto Natales and the Última Esperanza province in Chile's Magallanes region. Opened in 1946, the public aerodrome serves as a key entry point for travellers heading to Torres del Paine National Park and other Patagonian destinations.
The airport handles domestic flights, mainly connecting Puerto Natales with Santiago and Puerto Montt. Its compact passenger terminal provides check-in, a waiting and boarding area, baggage claim, a café and car rental counters.
