José Figueiredo Municipal Airport (PSW), also known as Passos Airport, is a small civil airfield serving Passos and the surrounding Sudoeste Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Opened in March 2010, the airport operates under the ICAO code SNOS and provides an air connection for a city that lies roughly 343 km from the state capital, Belo Horizonte.
The airport sits about 5 km west-southwest of the Passos city centre, close to the MG-050 highway, and is reached by a paved access road. It has a single 1,500 m asphalt runway and a compact passenger terminal, and it is authorized for VFR operations during the day and at night.
Today the airport mainly supports general aviation and regional charter flights, having connected Passos with nearby cities such as Belo Horizonte, Divinópolis and Araxá on past regional air-service programmes. Ground connections rely largely on taxis and private vehicles, with pre-arranged transfers offering the most predictable way into town.
