About Grand Geneva Resort Airport
Grand Geneva Resort Airport is a privately owned, public-use airport serving Lake Geneva and the lakes region of Walworth County in southern Wisconsin. It is primarily used for private, corporate, and charter aviation rather than scheduled commercial airline service.
The airport is located about 2 miles (3 km) northeast of central Lake Geneva and is operated by Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. It has a single asphalt runway, 5/23, measuring approximately 4,100 feet in length, which accommodates turboprops and light business jets; larger aircraft typically use airports in Milwaukee or the Chicago area.
Because of its position next to the resort and lake communities, the airport offers convenient access for leisure and business travelers arriving for golf, spa stays, events, and executive travel. Ground transportation, private transfers, chauffeur services, and rental cars connect the airport with Lake Geneva, nearby resorts, and surrounding towns.
While small in scale, the airport provides an executive terminal with passenger lounge facilities, Wi-Fi, and FBO support, making it a practical private aviation gateway to one of Wisconsin's best-known resort areas.
