Casiguran Airport is a small regional airfield serving the municipality of Casiguran and the wider Aurora Province on the northeastern coast of Luzon in the Philippines. It functions primarily as a gateway for chartered flights and general aviation, with a central role in supporting the Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO).
The airport sits a short distance from Casiguran town centre and close to the APECO economic zone, offering a faster alternative to the long overland journey from Manila. Its runway measures about 1.32 kilometres and is suited to turboprop aircraft and private charters, with phased plans to add a passenger terminal building, an air traffic control tower and, eventually, capability for larger aircraft such as the Airbus A320.
Ground transport from the airport is typically arranged by local tricycles, private shuttles or pre-booked transfers into Casiguran town centre and surrounding areas. Manila lies roughly 220 kilometres to the southwest, making the airport a useful direct air link into a region previously reached mainly by lengthy road travel.
