About Campo de Marte Airport
Campo de Marte Airport is the oldest airport infrastructure in São Paulo, opened in 1929 and dedicated today to general, executive and air taxi aviation. It is a key base for helicopters and light aircraft, with a strategic location in the northern zone of the city.
Situated in the Santana district, about 6 km north of central São Paulo, the airport is close to major business areas and residential neighbourhoods. It houses flying schools including the Aeroclube de São Paulo, as well as helicopter operators, police aviation and executive hangars.
The airport operates through a single compact passenger terminal supported by hangars, maintenance and fuel services. It does not offer scheduled commercial airline flights, which keeps the passenger experience focused on private and executive aviation.
Because of its proximity to the centre, the airport offers fast road access to central São Paulo, Avenida Paulista and surrounding areas by taxi, private transfer, chauffeur service or rental car.
