Boulder City Municipal Airport is a public-use general aviation airport serving Boulder City, Nevada, and the wider Las Vegas Valley. Opened in 1990, it replaced the earlier Boulder City Airport and today ranks among the busiest general aviation airports in the state.
The airport is best known as a base for scenic air tours, with operators flying passengers over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. It also supports corporate and private aviation, medical flights, aerial firefighting and flight training through two fixed-base operators.
Located about 2 km southwest of central Boulder City and roughly 35–40 km southeast of the Las Vegas Strip, the airport has two runways and an air tour terminal. It sits minutes from Interstate 11 and US Highways 93/95, providing convenient road access to the surrounding region.
