Araracuara Airport (ACR)

Araracuara Airport is a small regional airport serving the Araracuara community in the municipality of Solano, in Colombia's Caquetá Department. It also provides access to Puerto Santander, across the Caquetá River in Amazonas, making it an important link for communities in the remote Amazon region.

The airport is located about 2–3 km from Araracuara and sits at roughly 380 metres above sea level, with a gravel runway oriented 11/29. It is an uncontrolled regional airfield, meaning operations take place without a control tower, and traffic is mainly regional flights operated by airlines such as SATENA.

Regional flights have connected Araracuara with destinations including Florencia, San José del Guaviare, La Chorrera and Leticia, subject to service schedules and runway conditions. Air service is essential here because road connections are limited, and river and air transport are the main ways in and out of the area.
