About the Event
Tomorrowland Belgium is one of the world's most prominent electronic dance music festivals. Held annually at Provinciaal Recreatiedomein De Schorre in Boom, the event has grown since its first edition in 2005 into a global gathering that draws electronic music fans, artists and industry professionals from around the world. The 2027 edition continues this tradition with a large-scale, multi-stage celebration of electronic music.
Since 2017, the Belgian edition has run across two consecutive weekends in July, with a largely shared line-up presented on each weekend. For 2027, official weekend dates had not yet been confirmed at the time of writing, but the festival is expected to follow its established pattern of occupying the final two weekends of July, around 16–18 and 23–25 July 2027. All phases belong to the same edition.
Tomorrowland is known for its elaborate stage design and immersive storytelling. The 2026 edition introduced the theme 'Consciencia', built around six emotions, and extended that narrative to Tomorrowland Thailand and Tomorrowland Brasil as part of a multi-year creative world. A new theme for the 2027 edition in Boom had not yet been announced.
The musical programme spans a wide range of electronic styles, from house and techno to trance, drum and bass and more commercial dance sounds, presented across numerous stages. The 2027 line-up had not been released at the time of writing. The 2026 edition featured leading acts including David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Calvin Harris, Hardwell, Sara Landry, John Summit, NERVO, Fisher and Miss Monique, indicating the scale of names the festival typically presents.
Attendees, known as the People of Tomorrow, must be at least 18 years old. Many visitors stay at DreamVille, the festival's camping area in the neighbouring municipality of Rumst, while others use Global Journey travel packages that combine tickets with transport and accommodation. The festival experience combines headline performances, smaller curated stages, art, food and a strong sense of international community.
Tickets are released through an account-based pre-registration followed by worldwide sales, and recent editions have sold out quickly. For 2027, registration, sale dates and pricing had not yet been announced; the organisers typically publish the schedule and ticket calendar towards the end of the year. Visitors are advised to follow official Tomorrowland channels for confirmed information.
