Zielona Góra-Babimost Airport is the main regional airport serving Zielona Góra and the Lubuskie region in western Poland. Civil passenger services were inaugurated in 1977, and today the airport connects the region with Warsaw through regular flights and supports seasonal charter services to international destinations.
The airport operates from a single passenger terminal, which has been progressively modernized in recent years. A new Non-Schengen hall opened in December 2025, the check-in area was upgraded, and the security control point now has two independent screening lines, raising the airport's capacity to around 250,000 passengers per year.
Located about 34 km northeast of Zielona Góra, near the town of Babimost, the airport is reached by road and by dedicated buses that are timed to match flight schedules. The bus journey to the Zielona Góra bus station takes around 50 minutes, while taxis and car rental provide flexible onward travel options.
