About the Event

Pol'and'Rock Festival 2027 is the 33rd edition of one of Poland's largest free, non-ticketed open-air music festivals. Organized by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), the event is held as a thank-you to the volunteers, donors and supporters of the foundation's nationwide medical fundraising campaign. Rooted in rock, the programme also embraces folk, electronic, punk, metal and other genres.

The 2027 edition is scheduled for 29–31 July 2027. In recent years the festival has taken place at the former Czaplinek-Broczyno airfield near Czaplinek in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, within the Drawsko Lake District between Lakes Drawsko and Czaplino. Organizers have indicated that the final 2027 venue will be confirmed in autumn, with the event expected to return to this established festival site.

Music is presented across two stages, the Main Stage and the Small Stage. The Main Stage hosts leading Polish and international rock acts, while the Small Stage gives space to emerging performers and competition finalists. British psychedelic rock band Kula Shaker was announced as the first confirmed artist for 2027, and organizers have said the wider line-up will be revealed in stages.

Beyond the concerts, the festival is known for the Academy of the Finest Arts, a programme of informal meetings, discussions and workshops with guests from politics, media, culture and the arts. A dedicated NGO zone brings together non-governmental organizations, while workshops and civic activities encourage visitors to take part in social and community projects.

Admission to all concerts and attractions is free, which makes the event accessible to a broad audience including young people, families, music fans and long-time supporters of the charity. Visitors pay only for selected services such as parking, hot showers and reserved places in designated camping zones.

The festival traces its roots to 1995, when it began as Przystanek Woodstock, and it has since grown into one of Central and Eastern Europe's most distinctive summer gatherings. Its combination of free live music, social engagement and a strong volunteer culture continues to set it apart from conventional commercial music events.
