Ua Huka Airport serves Ua Huka, one of the Marquesas Islands in French Polynesia, and provides the island's only scheduled air connection. Opened on 4 November 1970, it remains a small domestic airfield focused on regional travel rather than international flights.
Located roughly 2.2 km southwest of Hane and between the villages of Vaipaee and Hane, the airport has a single 755-metre paved runway and one compact passenger terminal. Scheduled flights are operated by Air Tahiti, linking Ua Huka with other islands, usually through Nuku Hiva, with a flight time of about 30 minutes.
The airport is some distance from the island's main villages of Vaipaee, Hane and Hokatu, and there is no shuttle or public transport service. Most visitors continue by car, pre-arranged transfer, taxi or rental vehicle, so onward travel should be planned before arrival.
