About Trois-Rivières Airport
Trois-Rivières Airport serves Trois-Rivières and the Mauricie region of Quebec as a public airport complex built in 1963. It is located about ten kilometres north of downtown Trois-Rivières, between Montreal and Quebec City along the St. Lawrence River.
The airport primarily supports general aviation, business, charter, tourism and flight training traffic rather than scheduled airline service. Its single asphalt runway measures 2,745 metres and can accommodate larger aircraft, with approach lighting and modernized terminal facilities.
The site includes a single terminal building with free parking, free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, car rental, aircraft fuelling and aircraft or helicopter charter services. A flight school and aircraft maintenance activity also operate from the airport.
Road access connects the airport to downtown Trois-Rivières, nearby towns and the provincial highway network, making onward travel straightforward for arriving and departing passengers.
