Activated in 1976, the airport has a single asphalt runway, Runway 3/21, measuring 7,001 by 75 feet, at an elevation of about 5,823 feet. It does not offer scheduled commercial airline service; instead, it supports private pilots, charter flights, and general aviation users travelling to Taylor, Snowflake, Show Low, and the surrounding White Mountains.
