Spence Airport is a city-owned public-use general aviation airport serving Moultrie and Colquitt County in South Georgia. Built on the site of the former Spence Air Base, the airfield supports private, business and agricultural aviation, including traffic during the annual Sunbelt Ag Expo.
Located about 4 miles (7 km) southeast of central Moultrie, the airport operates a single concrete runway, 14/32, measuring 4,500 by 75 feet, together with a general aviation apron.
