Sierra Blanca Regional Airport is a public-use airport serving Ruidoso and Lincoln County in south-central New Mexico. Owned and operated by the Village of Ruidoso, the airport functions as the main aviation gateway to the Ruidoso area, supporting commercial flights, general aviation, charter operations, and emergency response services.
Located on the Fort Stanton mesa about 15 miles northeast of central Ruidoso, the airport operates two runways and maintains a compact passenger terminal along with aviation facilities across its 1,665-acre site. Scheduled commercial service connects Ruidoso nonstop with Denver through Contour Airlines, making it easier for visitors to reach the region and connect onward.
